11月昭通房地产市场发展水平报告

[摘要] 近年来,随着昭通经济社会的快速发展,昭通市房地产业得以稳步提升,商品房、保障房供应量持续增长,市场规模不断扩大,开发品质逐步提高,基本形成了以普通商品房为主、保障性住房为辅的多层次住房供应体系,房地产业在拉动经济增长,加快城镇化进程,改善人居环境等方面发挥了积极作用。

一、昭通房地产行业发展水平

 

 

近年来,随着昭通经济社会的快速发展,昭通房地产业得以稳步提升,商品房、保障房供应量持续增长,市场规模不断扩大,开发品质逐步提高,基本形成了以普通商品房为主、保障性住房为辅的多层次住房供应体系,房地产业在拉动经济增长,加快城镇化进程,改善人居环境等方面发挥了积极作用。

 

 

目前,全市共完成房地产开发投资百余亿元(不含保障性住房建设投资),占全市固定资产投资的7.7%;商品房住宅投资共完成70余亿元,占房地产总投资的63.30%;新开工房屋施工面积700万平方米,累计销售350万平方米,销售额超过100亿元;上缴税收上亿元,占全市总税收的10.03%。
